Zweifel in the sponsoring village
Zweifel 's wintry performance delighted the audience with an interactive game that focused on potatoes and made the players break out in a sweat.
Together with Zweifel Chips, made Marketing followed up the glittering activation called "Chips Heaven" for previous festival seasons by designing and constructing the sponsorship appearance for the popular Migros Ski Day races. Once again, the speed of the participants was required.
We are very satisfied with the activation and have only received positive feedback from our guests. We are very happy.
The new tool should emphasize a positive brand experience, the chips' raw materials (i.e. potatoes) and the family company's rich tradition. Another important requirement was that the performance should be fun for both participants and spectators.
After brainstorming with the customer and the made team, made Marketing came up with a few initial ideas and decided to prioritize the "Potato Harvest Challenge".
And this is how the game works:
Two teams compete against each other and have to "harvest" the really ripe potatoes (i.e. where the lights in the team color are flashing) on a defined area (field) by pressing the buzzer. The game is played in teams of one, two or three. Whoever has pressed more buzzers in the allotted time wins!
A particular challenge for us was to design the components of the activation, including the sponsoring stand, in such a way that they could be transported to the sponsoring village in a very small space (2 pallets), e.g. in a cable car. It was also important to pack the electronics in such a way that they could easily withstand sub-zero temperatures.
