Lucky Wheel Incentive
Digital wheel of fortune controlled by the entrance badge makes the employees happy.
During the 60th anniversary week of Blick, there was a very special surprise for all Ringier employees at the headquarters in Zurich Seefeld. Every employee was allowed to "spin" the digital wheel of fortune once a day and, with a little luck, win a great prize.
In addition to small vouchers for "Chrömle" at the kiosk or free lunches in the canteen, concert tickets and beauty vouchers could also be won.
To ensure that the wheel of fortune could only be triggered once a day per employee, made Marketing reprogrammed its digital wheel of fortune and used the badges of Ringier employees as triggers. The winnings were printed out immediately as a receipt using a cash register printer. The wheel of fortune stood in the entrance hall of the company for three days, was very popular and was perceived as a great implementation of a sustainable employee incentive.
